Common areas are their own problem
An HOA does not have a building to protect so much as a set of places where residents and pests meet: the playground, the pool deck, the walking trail, the pavilion. The pressure comes from the landscaping and the water features that make those amenities pleasant in the first place, which is why common-area work looks different from treating a house.
What usually needs attention

Do you treat the whole community or only the common areas?
Whatever the association contracts for, which is normally the common areas. Individual homes are separate accounts arranged by the homeowner. We keep those billing relationships apart deliberately.
Can you deal with fire ants around the playground?
Yes, and it is one of the most common requests we get from associations. Treating mound by mound mostly relocates colonies a few feet; reducing fire ants across an open area means treating the area on a schedule tied to the season.
What can be done about mosquitoes from the detention pond?
More than most people assume, but not everything. A detention basin or amenity pond is designed to hold water, so it will keep producing. What treatment does is reduce breeding where it can be reached and knock down the shaded harborage around the amenity, which is what determines whether the space is usable on a summer evening.
Do you provide documentation for the board?
Yes. Scheduled service comes with a record of what was treated and when, which is what a board or a management company needs at a meeting. Tell us the format your association expects.
